Welcome to MEM Prints, which is owned and operated by Mary Heu. Your access to the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, notices and disclaimers contained below.

Your use of, and/or access to MEM Prints, constitutes your agreement to all Terms stated herein.

We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms & Conditions. You agree to be bound by such changes, modifications or revisions as made by us from time to time.

Refund/Exchange Policy

We wrap each product securely and will only process refund or replacement if the packaging is clearly damaged upon delivery that affected the integrity of the product. It is strongly advisable to take a photo of your package as soon as you notice any damage upon receiving it.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us and will not be given to any third party or external marketing purposes. All information collected is only for processing transactions and internal records and processes. Emails will automatically be included in MEM Prints mailing list upon purchase. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list if you wish to.

MEM Prints has the right to post on social media and/or website the prints we produce. However, prints with faces will not be used unless consent has been provided by the customer.

Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability

Hanging kits are 100% securely installed in every gallery warp and/or frame. However, in any case, we are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental damages of any kind. Your usage of any information or materials from this website is entirely at your own risk.

Gallery Wraps are created and prepared to be long lasting to at least 50–80 years under normal household conditions. Due to the durability and confidence, we have in our gallery wraps we will be adding a Lifetime Warranty where natural wear and tear(fading or cracks on the canvas) happens due to unexpected natural causes (humidity, air pollution, flood, fire, etc.). This lifetime warranty will apply to all our canvas prints where you can get a replacement at 50% off the current retail price at the time of claim, provided the Gallery Wrap is to be returned to us. Lifetime warranty does not apply to frames.

If you have supplied us with the image, you will need to provide the same image to be printed. If the image is provided by MEM Prints, we will endeavour to provide the same image at the time of claim with the artist’s approval (if applicable).

Commercial Partnership (Printing Canvas for Your business)

Commercial partnership will be accounted according to the agreement between MEM Prints and the business. Terms will be stated according to the agreement. MEM Prints has the right to update pricing when deemed necessary according to the consumer price index rate every year.

Indemnity

By using the MEM Prints website, you agree to indemnify us from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (whether in tort or in contract including and without limitation, negligence) arising out of or in anyway connected to the use of the MEM Prints website by you.

Artists and Photographers Agreement

License agreement will be accounted according to the signed agreement between MEM Prints and Artist/Photographer. Please refer to the signed contract for other terms of the agreement.

Miscellaneous

We rely upon your continued observance of the Policies. If we suffer loss or damage or incur any costs associated with any breach by you of the Policies or any associated legal obligation, you agree to indemnify us for those losses, damages and costs.

Postage Costs

Orders will be sent via MEM Prints’ choice of courier and will not be responsible for damaged or lost orders. Do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding postage information before you purchase.
